Colorado Springs City Councilwoman Margaret Radford is taking a second government job: a $55,000-ayear communications position with the El Paso County Department of Health and Environment. Radford, who is paid $6,250 annually as a council member, said she consulted with City Attorney Patricia Kelly and Mayor Lionel Rivera to ensure she wouldn’t have a conflict of interest in her new role.
