GREEN LIGHT FOR BRUCE PETITIONS |
| Ending an eight-month battle, the Colorado Springs Title Board decided Thursday to set titles for two initiated petitions that would dramatically change how the city handles its enterprises.
That means tax-cutting advocate Douglas Bruce, who’s tried to get titles set since May, could begin collecting signatures before Christmas.
