This is the third habeas corpus petition. It is obvious to any reader that I am entitled to a hearing. I don`t need 56 valid grounds for appeal, only one. The list of 56 grounds shows my case for reversal and dismissal of the state conviction is overwhelming. The purpose of habeas corpus is to correct illegal and corrupt state court proceedings, like the one in this case.

The state still wants to send me to prison. The AG actually told a federal judge my innocence is irrelevant to the issue of whether I can have a hearing on the myriad federal constitutional violations in state court. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am one hearing away from freedom!
